6. Accessibility
Accessibility ratings and notes provided for each Trail are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended as a general guide only. They do not constitute a guarantee or professional assessment that any route is safe or suitable for any particular individual, mobility aid, or medical condition. You are solely responsible for assessing the suitability of a Trail for yourself and all members of your group before purchase. If you have specific accessibility requirements, we recommend reviewing the accessibility notes carefully and, where possible, visiting the start location in advance to assess the route.
7. AI-Generated Content
Trail content — including narratives, clue text, historical information, fun facts, walking directions, and distance estimates — is generated by artificial intelligence systems. Gridsoft Solutions Ltd makes no warranty that this content is accurate, complete, or current. In particular:
- Historical facts and attributions may contain errors
- Walking distances and time estimates are approximate and may not reflect actual conditions
- Clue answers are based on physically observable details at the time of Trail generation and may no longer be accurate if the physical location has changed
- Landmark information is sourced from third-party mapping data and may be out of date
Gridsoft Solutions Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, inconvenience, or harm arising from inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
8. Emergency Situations
In any emergency, call 999 immediately.
Trail Quest does not provide emergency assistance and cannot be contacted in real time during a Trail. Do not rely on the Trail Quest platform in any emergency situation.
